About Josh Decker

Josh Decker is the Founder and Chief Marketing Strategist with Holistic Visibility. Josh's idea was to provide a marketing experience for small businesses that would take their entire business model into account when developing a marketing strategy.

Josh's background with internet marketing started in 2004 while working with high school and junior high students. Josh explains how he got into Internet Marketing:

I was looking for a way to further develop the relationships I was forming with students. I found blogs, at the time, were a place they would discuss issues they were facing more honestly than in person. As I got into these mediums, I found an area where businesses can also benefit from exposure, and it has become a passion.

Since his introduction to Internet Marketing, Josh Decker has worked with small business owners to develop their web presence through organic Search Engine Optimization, paid search marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing.

If you want to know where the next major Internet Marketing channel is going to develop, look to what teenagers are doing. Being intimately involved with students, I see where the trends are going, and can position companies to be a leader, rather than a straggler in Internet Marketing.

Part of working with a genuine Internet Marketing Professional is gaining an understanding of what is going to benefit you. Josh explains, "Many Internet Marketing firms want to sell a company everything, including the kitchen sink. Unfortunately it doesn't always benefit the company. We work to find what will benefit a company, and leverage that...nothing more, nothing less."
